7. Credit and Financial Authorization

By submitting any application or related information, you expressly authorize:

• JH Capital and its partners to pull credit reports from Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or business credit bureaus.

• The sharing of your application data with lenders, brokers, and business partners to fulfill funding-related services.

This authorization remains valid for 120 days unless revoked in writing.

8. Information Security
